I bought a FREESKY Eurostar Ultra electric bike a few months ago and so far have been really impressed with the bike the communication and the after service of the company. After a couple of minor problems, replacement parts and advice was received very quickly. I am thinking of now getting A FREESKY electric bike for my wife also.

I absolutely love this bike! It’s so fast and powerful! I can even go shopping at Costco and buy a big bag of dog food and hitch it to the back. It has a long long range! There’s is almost nowhere that I can’t go. It handles pretty well on all terrains. Bright headlights too! Love the back red light and turn signals, so cool!

2025 Freesky Ranger: Excellent Quality, Performance, and Service I purchased my brand new, 2025 Freesky Ranger in July 2025 from Amazon Canada, and although I've only been able to put about 250 km on it because I was ill for much of the past 10 months, I have been extremely impressed with my bike. First of all, the cherry apple red metallic finish is absolutely incredible. More importantly, the Ranger is extremely well made. It feels solid, substantial, and very well balanced. At over 40 kg, it is definitely a heavy bike, but the weight is distributed so well that it doesn't feel nearly as cumbersome as one would expect. The dual-motor configuration makes a huge difference. The acceleration is excellent, and the bike handles hills with ease. I've reached speeds of approximately 60 km/h, acquired with putting the bike in unlimited speed mode, with a single press of a button, and without pedal assist, which is remarkable for a bike of this size. The battery performance has also exceeded my expectations, with a range of over 140 km per charge, under the conditions I've experienced. I've had only one issue with the bike: the original AC charger was slightly overheating after only the second charge. However, this actually turned into a positive experience when it came to customer service. Freesky insisted on replacing it under warranty, with no questions asked. They had the replacement charger in my hands in only a few days (less than a week, I believe). That's exactly the kind of warranty support you hope for when spending this kind of money ($1799.00 + delivery ($199) + tax (13%) = $2257.74) on an e-bike. I also want to commend the Freesky technical support team: Chace, Hugh, and Holiday. They have been unambiguously par excellence. They are responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Good technical support can make a huge difference in the ownership experience, and these three have been outstanding. If I had to begrudgingly mention one minor criticism, it would be the bike's height. At my limited elevation (172 cm / 5'8”), I find the Ranger a wee bit on the tall side for my less than average stature. It's certainly something potential buyers of limited height might want to consider. Overall, I'm giving my 2025 Freesky Ranger a highly recommended rating of 4.5 stars out of 5. Despite my limited riding time due to illness, I'm very happy with my purchase. The build quality, dual-motor performance, impressive range, gorgeous finish, and excellent warranty support make this a bike I would have no hesitation highly recommending the Freesky Ranger to someone looking for a powerful, well-built machine. I went on my swift horse yesterday for the first time, it was an amazing experience, it was a strong and controlled ride, if anybody's thinking about getting an ebike think about getting a freesky ebike, it's an amazing experience on and off the road

Purchasing the Freesky bike was easy and it delivered on time as promised. I am impressed with the bike's speed and strength. I weigh 260 lbs and it pulls me up very steep hills at about twenty miles per hour. When I needed a replacement charger, Carl took care of getting it to me.

I had a great experience with the customer service team. They were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. When I needed a replacement part for my e-bike, they responded quickly and made sure I received the correct part.
