Bought a Ranger M540 in April 2025.
Absolute joy to use. Great ride, battery life and lots of power.
This year a slight issue arise. Tech support diagnosed the issue, sent replacement parts, covered by warranty.
Within 12 days I received the parts and the bike runs perfectly.
Their technical support is professional, friendly and very efficient.

The bike is awesome
The bike is awesome. It handles hills with ease. It is very fast and the battery lasts a long time. Real happy with this bike compared to other bikes I've had in the past.

Like I unlocked a new level of adventure!
Loving my bike, really opened up my area to adventures and access that I never had before with traditional bikes or even ATVs. Love being able to chat on the trail without the noise of engines. And the customer support has been top-notch anytime I've had to reach out for help.

Truly Outstanding
It took me a while to decide which bike I wanted but as soon as I saw the Freesky Warrior I had to have it, even though there was a bit of a wait to get hold of one, I purchased. During the wait I was kept informed of what was happening and also I had a few questions about the bike before it arrived, emailing Freesky was simple and they got back to me straight away. Great customer care, Freesky are one of those rare companies that actually care about the customer. When the bike arrived I was completely overwhelmed at just how amazing it is! I had never seen one until then, it's such a fantastic piece of engineering, extremely high quality, honestly, I built that bike and have had it in my front room just looking at it, it's truly an amazing machine! I've put only 5 miles on it so far and they were glorious! It's powerful and completely adjustable, you can decide how much power it gives you via rear wheel drive or dual wheel drive. The brakes are great, gears work well, seat is super comfortable, the computer is easy to use and utilises NFC to keep it secure or via pin. I can't say one thing bad about my experience! If you're on the fence about whether to buy a freesky bike I absolutely recommend them! I'm not the only one to say so either! Outstanding!

Great Bikes
My husband bought the Alaska Pro and I got the wildcat. The Alaska pro has a horizontal bar that is pretty high up, making it difficult for me to get off the bike quickly if I needed to. He is a lot taller than me and has no issue with the bar. I love the wildcat style of bike, the middle bar is a lot lower and works much better for me. We are very happy with how easy they are to use. The buttons are easy to understand and get the hang of quickly. I have had my bike up to 34mph and my husband has gotten the Alaska pro up to 41mph. We have taken them on the mountain roads of north Idaho and they handled well/seem pretty durable. We did end up purchasing the heavier duty after market Freesky shock for the Alaska pro after that adventure. Overall, very happy with the bikes.
Customer service was great. The display mount came broken on the Alaska Pro bike and they attempted to replace it, but it got lost in the mail. So they sent us another one, but it was the wrong part. Once we got on the same page of what was broken they mailed a new one out. They get back to you right away. We bought the bikes in the winter, so one of my correspondences was about two months after the original and Horlan in customer service still got back to me immediately to try and get the new part on it's way.
