The bike is great
The bike is great. The customer service is impressive. Kenny answered any questions I had and kept me informed of the shipping status etc I would recommend this company to others.

The bike is everything you make it out…
The bike is everything you make it out be. I’m still figuring out the programming. I have 900 miles on it. The suspension it good. Think you should pick a better kickstand in the 900 miles I had to purchase two new stands. Looks like the spring , the way it mounted the mount breaks too much spring not enough inner mount.

Top Tier Company
I bought my first in June 2024 after a few emails back and forth. Daisy was very helpful. I bought the eurostar bike and its just as listed,,, very good bike, to me its more than the info says, Lots of power and range. I just ordered my 2nd bike from freesky, again after a few emails back and forth Daisy had me conviced , so I ordered it, It will be here soon, They have very fast shipping. All i can say is the support you get from freesky is amazing, and Daisy will do whatever it takes to make anything right. I would not hesitate buying any bike from them.

Easy rider
I m 64 year old with disabilities in both legs and when I took my first ride I was on clould 9 due to being able to ride this bike with ease, batteries last all day long and at night the light works great, I can now trail ride now for the first time in years. On small problem with shipping damage but someone called me and made it all better and than some, Freesky is takes good care of their customers.

Five stars for Freesky Warrior
Five stars for communications, delivery, packaging and product. Absolutely love riding the Warrior on my commute, it handles the off road gravel paths and trails I use with ease, battery life is excellent, Freesky UK support has been really responsive and helpful.

My new Warrior Pro experience.
Finally taken delivery of my Warrior Pro and I couldn’t be more pleased, the bike. albeit not the lightest of a vast range of bikes available today, is I believe, one of the best. The build quality and finish is excellent. Assembly was easy with everything fitting together as it should. I had a couple of questions which I emailed Freesky and got a response very quickly bearing in mind time differences. My queries were answered by a very knowledgeable and pleasant member of staff who assured me they would always be happy to help me at any time in the future should I need it. Having used my new bike now, I am even more confident I made the right decision to buy this amazing bike from this excellent company.
