My box looked like an accordion..
My box looked like an accordion... crumpled and smashed, my hat came with a crease already in it. Not very impressed....

Excellent service on the phone
Excellent service on the phone. Very efficient and informative. They sent me my item to Mexico from the UK and I was very pleasantly surprised to receive it in just a few days. I was very impressed with the entire experience. Keep up the good work, guys!
