Helmet order for Minnesota
Fair price and easy to order. However, website stated delivery on 3 days, but took 7 days. There was no tracking of shipment once it reached Minneapolis, MN. I called customer service and they could not answer where it was. Concerning. Thanks

Hi, Our website says the average shipping time is 3 working days but please allow 4-10 working days,here's the link :- http://www.freestylextreme.com/us/home/info/delivery-and-returns/default.aspx However, I agree the tracking provided by DHL was not up to their usual standard & I will raise this with them. All the way from the UK!
I live in the U.S. And ordered a backpack and it came faster than some of my packages would in the states! Loved it when I opened it! You get what you pay for.
