I recently purchased two harnesses that did not fit my dog properly. I notified the company, and they have replaced them. Their response was very quick. A pleasure to deal with.

Frenchie Shop has many great items. We needed a soft muzzle for our Frenchie but the first one received was too small. They offered to send a correctly sized item if I sent the measurements they wanted within 7 days. I was not asked to send the other back. I sent the measurements, with a photo showing how the fit was wrong. We received a new muzzle which fits perfectly. I’m very pleased with this service.

I am in love with the frenchie backpack just I ordered to small but the customer service it is FANTASTIC they are very helpful on exchange it for a bigger size they provided great communication and follow up. I will definitely order from them again in the future!

Frenchie shop offer excellent products and an excellent service. One of their customer service agents, Sherif, was extremely helpful when Evri lost my parcel. They offered a very speedy re-send and even when the items were too big/small for my dog, they offered to resend replacements Free of Charge! 10/10
