I am trying to return a great product because it did not fit my petite French Bulldog. The harness was too bulky and did not fit well. The Fenchie store is attempting to give me store credit. I have since found a replacement that does fit. So I am paying $40 to write a bad review as store credit is just not a viable option for me. I won't be ordering again. I would like my refund.

I love this harness design. After many years of owning frenchies we have wore so many brands and when we tried the frenchie store we were immediately hooked. It is so strong and well designed. And two looks for the price of one make it well worth it. Not to mention it is approved and recommended by veterinarians.

TERRIBLE customer service!! I’ve sent half a dozen emails and have yet to get even a reply. Products are ok but I prefer other harnesses. Won’t be buying any more from them that’s for sure!

The harness was too small, I've written 3 emails in the last 8 days trying to get an exchange or authorization for a refund, but no one has bothered to reply to my emails. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB to hopefully find a resolution. HORRIBLE customer service.
