The FreshLearn team made it so easy to transfer over from Teachable, and I'm looking forward to playing with all the new features now available to me as I serve my students and clients.

My onboarding call was incredible, it was 5 am my time and my technician really helped me through all of it.

The best thing about FreshLearn is it's customer support! The team is super accessible, and Rahul really works hard to make sure all my needs are met. Email support is also available, but I found video support to be super helpful and accessible! Also wanted to note that FreshLearn is definitely a newer LMS, but I think that also makes them more innovative and agile... My feedback for certain features or issues are always taken into account, and it's really awesome to be able to influence the development of the product for my specific needs (and hopefully it will help others too!) Currently some features are very basic and simple, but it's actually been helpful in launching an MVP... For example, the website builder is super simple but that actually made it wayyy easier than Wix to set up. If you're looking for something simple and innovative (with great support) then FreshLearn is a great choice.

Migration was perfect and they were so helpful! They helped me get everything online and running smoothly and successfully! Raghu was super helpful and incredibly kind to walk me through every step. We LOVE Fresh Learn!
