Our delivery has been late and…
Our delivery has been late and sometimes almost completely thawed out, I am afraid to give him bad food. This only happened about 3 times Other than that it’s been good

We love the ease of delivery
We love the ease of delivery. It does not make your refrigerator smell bad like another home delivery service we tried previously. We did need to make an adjustment on the delivery schedule but it was was promptly handled. Great service!

I like the emails to be able to change up the food before delivery. My dog loves the food and now will not eat anything else.

Super easy and Obviously Delicious
My doggies just love the food, all the varieties. They love the commercials and definitely know what FP is! We also use the tidbits for training and to keep them happy while we finish our meals!
Response from Freshpet· Jan 22, 2026
