From the Start the initial call with Roy was great and he was very quick with the request. The prompt response and turn around time was what made up complete the project with you guys. The delivery was great; they made sure we were happy with placement and cleaned up the space.

I worked with Miguel on our front sign. In the beginning, he was prompt and responsive. However, communication later became very inconsistent. On multiple occasions (at least five times), he said he would follow up but never did, even after I left messages. I had to keep calling just to get anything to move forward. The sign itself looks good overall, but there is a noticeable color discrepancy. The installer did not mention this issue at all, even though it was obvious at the time of installation. I have called multiple times since then and am still waiting for a response. Additionally, my card was processed without my permission. I wanted to review the final installation—especially since there were shortcomings—before making the final payment, and I also intended to use a different card. Despite this, the payment was processed. Miguel had to involve his manager, and resolving this has been unnecessarily difficult. At one point, Miguel told me to “keep doing what you’re doing,” which made me uncomfortable. I should not have to call repeatedly or mark my calendar to follow up when this should have been resolved with a single phone call.

As a result, additional time was required to finalize the drawings and mockups, as each revision is a detailed and time-intensive process. We appreciate your patience throughout this phase. Regarding the color discrepancy, the issue was addressed promptly as soon as it was identified, and we took immediate steps to resolve your concern. Lastly, our payment terms are outlined on all proposals and invoices. We also had your signed authorization to process payment, which is why the payment was completed in accordance with those terms. Your sign turned out beautifully, and we sincerely hope you enjoy it.

Excellent communication throughout the process and very professionalism. They were also able to confirm measurements during walk through before finalizing. Sent over photos before starting to make sure we loved and approved everything. They were able to knock out all of our wall logo’s in under 3 hours
