I sent in a message and photo of a broken product I received. I received an email from support rather quickly and JK took care of me right away. JK let me know that a new product order had been made and was shipping out in a few days. No questions asked, just prompt and wonderful customer service! What an amazing company!! Thanks so much!! -KTT
