Asked for refund as recurring order was placed without any prior notice - customer service dealt withy request promptly, stopped the order from going out and issued refund no problem. Thanks for great customer service.

I was excited to try the products! they smelled great and I was looking forward to the results. Unfortunately my skin did not agree, I had an allergic reaction. The support team was so helpful and the cancellation process was easy. Great company!!!! Im going to give the products to my friend and see if she has better results.

My skin has been dry due to autoimmune issues and I aged years in the last 12 months due to the intense medication I was on. I stopped the medicine and am getting better but I have been self-conscious because of the wrinkles and overall appearance of my face. The dark under my eyes has already started to lessen and my skin looks amazing even without makeup! I am excited to see how much more I will improve with more time using this system.

I missed the deadline to skip my order (product goes a LONG way so didn't need more yet) and was therefor charged. The same morning I was charged I reached out to Support who immediately took action, was able to cancel before it shipped, and reversed the charges back to me. I greatly appreciate the quick turnaround and seamless service!

I had a lot of doubt about the origin of the composition, but I was able to get all my answers from the client support service. It's thanks to the client service that I decided to continue with Froya products. I am now beginning to see an improvement in my skin and I find the ultra cleanse scrub to be the best skin exfoliators I've ever had the pleasure to use !
