FS were fast and easy to deal with I took off one star because the courier company Startrack were not great but this was not FS.com fault.

10GBASE-T SFP+ Copper 30m RJ-45 Transceiver Modules were dispatch quick. Boxed very good. Bad part was the delivery . Startrak messaged in morning . Out for delivery. Waited all day ,no time period given. Finally arrived after 6pm. Awake after doing a night shift.

Easy ordering, prompt delivery everything worked as expected. They even followed up to make sure that what I was ordering was appropriate for my needs. Only minor downside is that my Netgear switches dont reliably report the diagnostic data from the BiDi Gbit SFPs I ordered as Netgear compatible - I don't know whether that is an issue with the SFP config or the switches.

Correct product with short delivery time

Excellent, les prix sont plus que correct au niveau des câbles et modules fibre, cependant dès fois les commandes prennent un certain temps à être expédié même avec le mention urgente, ce qui peut être embêtant quand cela est une réel urgence et pas d'uniquement d'une envie pressente d'ouvrir son beau colis remplis de câble !

Manque de clarté dans la livraison par DHL (chez un particulier !) lors de la commande. Personne n'ayant même pas de sonnette à l'immeuble (enfin je n'en ai pas vu !). Livraison finale effectuée dans casier libre service, bien, rien à redire.

Livraison rapide. Un service cool.
