I finally know why people say they have the best burgers

A little overpriced but I don't mind eating there. Thank goodness they have a been burger for us vegetarians.

I noticed the last 5 or 6 times I have eaten there the food was not good. The burger is always overcooked but still has a decent taste, but the fries sometimes should not have been served because they were old and not edible. Most of the time, even when they are fresh, they are not seasoned well enough. Tonight was the worst experience i have ever had...I know at restaurants if you go right before closing the food is not always good but I went at 9p and they close 11p. I would think 2 hrs. is long enough to get fresh food. I tried for the first time the chicken sandwich and fries. It was horrible, i mean the worst chicken sandwich I have ever eaten. I got maybe 3 bites and couldn’t eat anymore. You know the processed, terrible taste McDs has with their chicken nuggets, well this was worse than that! The fries were old, I mean really old, tasted like cardboard with no seasoning. I ate 4 then discarded the rest. I wasted about $15 so it wasn’t a lot of money, but it’s the principle of the matter. I am tired of eating at places that are hit or miss. If it doesn’t hit every time, or at least half the time, I just wont eat there again, it’s just not worth the time and waste of money. In fact, I had to go out and get dinner elsewhere and spend about $20, so I didn’t just spend $15 tonight, I spent $35! The location in NC where I used to frequent often was always spot on, never a bad meal. It must be the location then…

I have eaten several times at the Fuddruckers next to Luby’s in Webster, Texas. The lady that works the cash register and the cook are so friendly! Always welcoming you in and checking on you after the meal comes. Really great service!

I’ve been a regular customer of Fuddruckers and they have never disappointed. Love that consistency. I can take any guest there without worrying about the quality of food. Also, I love the fact that I can get salads, bottomless drinks, and unlimited sauces just by ordering one burger so even though they’re a little expensive, they provide good value for money. Highly recommended humongous burgers.

We visit this establishment frequently and sometimes are better than others and infrequently there is a minor problem-nothing worth commenting here about. Tonight it was awesome! The food was prepared and grilled to perfection and the fries were perfectly fried to golden and crispy. I attribute this to the recent appointment of one of their long term employees they promoted to Manager. Lissette has demonstrated for years the pride in her workmanship and her disposition is always cheerful, pleasant and willing to go over and above. I totally enjoyed our entire meal, all 3 of us. We have been customers for over 20 years. The cook tonight is Orlando who also deserves acknowledgement. Good job team, Lissette is doing a magnificent job!

After 28 years burger meat is still bland and overpriced. I guess thats why there’s a whole table filled w over 20 choices of seasoning. The condiment station looks like a bar in Tijuana. It all has a filthy unclean appearance. For $2.00 sip at the casino soda machine many popular flavors are out. $30 for 2 burger meals jus too much. The Target of hamburger stands?? Lmfao
