Their page said all of the items I ordered would ship in one or two days. 9 days later they still hadn't shipped. That's when I saw this site and the bad reviews. So emailed and asked them to cancel my order and refund my money since it hadn't even shipped. They canceled the order but it's been several days and they still haven't processed the refund. Then they sent me a return authorization saying they would refund my order as soon as they received the items back from me that they "shipped". They have still not shipped my items or refunded my money. They have a serious problem with honesty and upper management. These kind of consistent problems don't happen when there is good leadership.

Company’s customer service sucks, poor communication and worst of all have no regards for small business owners. I would not recommend this company and by the looks 3 star rating is telling. Should have done my homework before I made my order.

Not recommended place for online purchase. When I purchased a shirt online, it was too small and decided to return. They do not return shipping payment when it comes to refund and you have to pay for shipping yourself to return it back to them. Also, customer service is bad, they don't get back to you for answer as I have called 10 times and have been waiting a month and a half for answer. Every call I make, I always have to remind them whether it's the same person or someone else this time. Everybody, please stay away from this place, shop elsewhere. I hope this business dies soon.
