Best customer service

The guy I spoke with was great my camera came exactly as expected. When I made the confirmation phone call the person I spoke with said he would throw in a canon 80d canon brand battery for half off. Normally $60 gave it to me for $30. I was immediately excited and said yes. However when the battery came in it was not canon brand but a another off brand companies. When I looked up the battery online. I did not get a deal I just paid the normal cost. I felt like I got scammed.

I loved the prices and the customer service was great.

I received my autel xstar premium on time but when I opened box I noticed the original packaging was not on case. after further review I found that my battery had been charged 6 times. this product was displayed on their website as new. Total Lie and not acceptable will return if possible.
