Function Coffee CoFrom single-origin beans roasted in-house to the perfect pour-over for your 3pm existential crisis, Function Coffee Co. delivers approachable specialty coffee without the ego. Whether you're grinding through emails or just avoiding another meeting, we’ve got your cup.**Small-Batched Weekly****Specialty Coffee, No Filler****Zero Emission Roasting****Ethically Sourced****Organic**I'm on a mission to make specialty coffee approachable. When I fell in love with coffee, it was right before the start of the third-wave movement. Unfortunately with that movement came a whole-lotta snobbery in the coffee-world.I want this forth-wave of coffee to be the opposite. I want to focus on bringing joy to everyone's lives through coffee. I want to focus on inclusivity. I want to focus on transparency and breaking down pretentious walls.

The shipping time from TX to MI was just under a week, which is great because that means freshly roasted beans! It’s such a good cup of coffee!

The packaging is always great! The tape is very very clean, the on brand tissue paper is a small touch most brands would over look! I know hand written notes may not always be possible but every order I’ve placed has had one and it means the world! I save them and show my friends and family while I prepare lattes or pour overs for them to enjoy! And my daughter loves the the stickers! Also the beans have always been roasted within 1-3 days of arriving which is extremely impressive!!!

I am an insufferable coffee snob. I’m one of those people who thinks everyone burns their beans. I love Tony and wanted to support my friend’s small business, so I ordered the light roast—though I didn’t hold my breath, knowing my standards are unfairly high. I was blown away. The balance, the complexity—this pour-over is exceptional. And the fact that Tony ethically sources everything and uses the most sustainable, zero-emission roaster on the planet? Chef’s kiss. 11/10. Would snob again. ❤
