It was great

The process was quick and simple. The only complaint would be the interest rate.

My original review was 1 star. They (sales manager) immediately contacted me and addressed my concerns. He did so, professionally and completely. So I have changed my rating. The updated 4 stars (versus 5) is simply because they did initially assure me they would have a viable offer for me, and that did not come through. Still though, while they didn't earn my business, they did earn my respect, which is more important.

I had a wonderful experience with Fundwell. My loan officer Ethan was a great help. He walked me through the entire process until completion and I am grateful.

The process to get funding was pretty easy. My only concern about the process was it felt borderline high pressure and rushed. I was able to read through all the documents so comfortable but not everyone will do that. The 4/5 stars is only because of the annual interest rate is crazy high. This is for someone or a company that is desperate for a cash injection or in our case it is a "break glass in case of emergency" outlet.

Everything went well

I worked with Alex. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Guided me through the whole application process. He really stays on top of things and follow up well.
