Customs Delay - Not normal service from prior experience
The manner in which the packing list on this occassion was adhered to the side of package resulted in contents not being displayed / missing a customs declaration form. Subsequently customs could not determine contents were food supplement resulting in a 3 week delay for customs clearance and multiple emails to courier to enable clearance to be achieved. Previous delivery did not have this problem.Please ensure contents information are readily available on a customs declaration form / displayed on packages for international deliveries.

Confusing and misleading pricing
Confusing and misleading pricing. You stated $69 plus $10 shipping. Then charged $79 and $18 for shipping.
