Disappointed by billing practices, despite potential I used FunnelKit in the past, but for over a year we discontinued using it — yet FunnelKit still charged us $399 in renewal without any warning or justification. The tool has features that seem good: funnel builder, WooCommerce integrations, upsells. But the unfair billing experience overshadows all of that. If your company wants to grow, enjoy eating our money — you’ll grow that way, apparently. But this kind of unethical behavior makes me never want to return. I strongly believe people should only trust companies that honor usage, not just subscription renewals.

This is an essential plugin for WordPress online stores. I've been using it for five years now. They provide timely updates. Whenever I encounter issues, their support team quickly assists me. I've recommended them to many of my friends who use WooCommerce.

They do everything they can to make it hard to cancel your subscription, and if you manage to do so, they email you every single day with no unsubscribe option.

Funnelkit is awesome! I have used them for coming to 3 years now. Founder continuously make improvements and add new features to the plugin. This plugin has increased my revenue, saved me money when I switched over from Klaviyo. Email automation works, upsell and bundle works! Support is super awesome too. Highly recommend

I've used this plugin for more than 3 years now, and I would like to say that I absolutely love it ! Easy to use, optimize a lot my conversions + the support team is really reactive and a great help to implement functions not natively supported. We were subscribed to funnelkit for a year and was recently rebill again. Although there is partial fault from us to not initiate the rebill cancellation, the internal team has no intention to make it right plus we were charged $599 for the highest plan when we were intially subscribed for $299. Current new users are still being offered the cyber monday promotion at $299 but existing users are being charged the highest original price of $599. That goes to show how much they care about existing users. Will be doing a charge back as they are not responding to my emails. Extremely unprofessional company. Updated: They at least refunded $299 back to match the price of the new user.
