SCAM!
Like so many of these reviews, I ordered in December, they charged my credit card immediately, and now we are in mid February. No product. No response whatsoever from any customer service emails that I’ve sent, which is more than 10. No updates. No refund. No cancellation of my order. They just took my money. Period.

I really like this couch cover. I am always cold and the couches are leather. This makes it perfect for me.
