Missing dog bed
Ordered a dog bed and waited patiently for it to be delivered. Followed the tracking number and the bed was in transit for days and days. Emailed funnyfuzzy and they said the bed was on its way. A day later the tracker said the bed was returned to sender. I have been emailing to ask if they could reorder the bed. They said they would get back to me within 72 hours. Still waiting on a response.

I never received the product and it…
I never received the product and it said it was delivered. I contacted customer service but have not heard from them. I still want the product and hope this can be fixed.

Don’t purchase
For the cost I was surprised that it was cheaply made. We have a 2 year old lab and she will not lay on it and neither will our 10 year old or 1 year old GSP females. The throw pillow is a toy that they carry around

Ordered sofa cover December 2024 it had a fault acknowledged my e mail saying it had finally arrived but did not respond to the fault comment They then said due to a system update they'd lost my e mails I sent them again They requested a picture again 4th attempt nothing since Don't use this company
