Ordered replacement lenses for my Oakley half jacket 2.0 xl from this company and got a message at the end of the purchase process saying it takes 5-7 days because they custom make the lenses. At day 9 I had not got an email saying my lenses had shipped and I was going on vacation the following week the the Caribbean so I sent them an email to ask for status of order (they do not have a number to contact them directly) their customer service link says they reply in 24 hours to emails. 48 hours later, no reply, I emailed again and asked for an update and included that I would have credit card company reverse charges if I did not hear from them. It is now a full week since that email, no respond, order has been cancelled through my CC company and ordered Oakley replacement lenses off Amazon and had them the next day. Should have never ordered from them. Would not recommend customer service is non existent and this might be a scam company

This is a great company to work with, I ordered the wrong lenses by mistake (LX) instead of the (XL). The customer service was so helpful and they sent me a the correct lenses free of charge. Fuse Lenses have earned my business for life. Side note the lenses are better quality than original equipment/lenses.

These folks have very reasonable prices, quick shipping and are really dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. I tell all my friends about them.

My first lenses didn’t fit exact. Fuse contacted me and together we figured out which lenses I needed. New lens were sent in a couple of days. Great service.

Tried contacting company three times about and order that was placed three weeks ago and haven't received any updates really bad communication

I got 2 pairs of replacement amp lenses for my Oakley’s and absolutely love them. They have amazing clarity and the colors pop really well through them. Both set lasted around year and were barely scratched for how rough I am with. This company is extremely customer friendly and I’ve only had great interactions with them and their products are some of the best I’ve had. Highly recommend.
