I'm happy with my purchase. As an October advent calendar, I only wish the promotion had come out sooner or that shipping could have been processed quicker.

The only problem I had was it took forever to get to me. Once it did the fed ex or whoever gave my package to the wrong house. And they didn’t give it to me until almost 2 weeks later. I haven’t used the product yet but will let you know the honest truth of how it works. They kinda hesitated to resend me another bottle of the cleaner. But said in the end that they would well the next day or evening the neighbor came back from vacation and walked it over to me. I let them know there was no need to resend the cleaner I had gotten it. But it should t take almost 2 weeks talking to them about not getting my product but it did not everyone is scamming everyone in this world. I had to send several emails out before they responded.

I thought you were a scam because you sent me a notice saying it was delivered but it wasn’t. Today I got it in the mail. Your emails to me weren’t accurate. I hope in the future you will be careful with your notices. Thank you I did receive my package.

Item looked fine but my cat hasn't touched it. I am returning it.

I was relatively pleased with the product not so much with the packaging. It was a little difficult to get out, but generally product was pretty good.

size inaccurate for my drains, but refund process very good.

It took a little longer than I'd like for it to arrive, but I'm glad it did! I usually have very bad luck ordering things from unknown sites.
