Future POS has been great
Future POS has been great. I wish the weekend would batch for each day instead of all together. Sometimes it makes it difficult to reconcile if the deposits are off. Other than that everything is great.

I sure wish you had a series of videos…
I sure wish you had a series of videos to show us some of the secrets of the POS software like how to prevent employees from clocking in early. Also, sometimes the wait to correct a charge is very long. We also do not receive emails to confirm the correction to the credit card problems that we call in. Mercury did send emails with a transaction code.

Future POS @ Whiskey Wine & Roses
System is fantastic. Less 20 minutes for onboarding for new employees. Can handle as complex of tasks as you could ever need. 5 stars for sure

Great customer service
Great customer service! Fast response to the couple very minor issues we’ve had. Ease of use, flexibility within the system and customization to meet our specific needs. Keep up the good work!
