Do not use this company!
Do not use this company!! we bought an xr through them and w/in a couple of days the battery didn't work. We mailed it back and they said that we damaged the phone which is why the battery didn't work. LIES!!!! There was nothing wrong with the phone. Do not use this company

Hello RB! We apologize you feel this way. We stand behind all of our refurnished products because we use the highest quality parts available. As for your particular device, when we received the device, the LCD had damage, there was multiple LCD lines from the top to the bottom on the screen where there was clearly evidence of impact damage (we provide photos of the device and the issues we described). As with all warranties on electronics, any physical or liquid damage is not covered and voids any applicable warranty on the device. Physical damage (impact damage in this situation) can cause internal damage to a device, not just cosmetic issues.

Excellent price for cracked iPhone 11

Smooth and easy transaction
Sold my iPhone 12 Pro to them and the whole experience was super smooth. Great communication. Sent the phone to them on a Friday and got paid on Tuesday. They are extremely strict in evaluating the condition of your phone, so be forewarned. But I'm not lowering my rating because what they say on their website is exactly how they grade the phone. I would definitely sell my phone or other electronics to them if the opportunity arises.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. My phone somehow was locked when they received it, but they walked me through the process to get the phone unlocked and sent the check fast!

Know their onions…!
