Was worried when the camera I ordered arrived with the wrong type of plug on the battery charger, but they sent me the correct version as soon as I contacted them, no hassles.

Had very good experience. The only thing was that our package was shipped with signature required so someone had to be at home to sign for it. We missed the first shipment (on a Friday) and had to wait until Monday and stay home to sign. I wish that had not been done. Otherwise, good experience

Had an order shipped over night and it arrived on time. Customer service hours need to be longer. Also reply to email were slow. Price was very good. Saved a lot over Amazons price.

Bought a Sigma 35mm 1.4g for Nikon from the website. Price is so low and really attractive. Expected to be grey market product already before the purchase. The shipment is fast and the item is fine (looks new and without any issues so far) just without any warranty card.

Received package on time and the camera was as promised. The camera was packaged with padding on only one side though. The camera was undamaged but I think luck played a role in that. There should be packing material all the way around the camera box.
