I contacted them to help decide the best lifestyle projector for our family to watch sports and sometimes connect to Xbox or watch movies. They answered all my questions and really went out of their way to understand our setup. We went with the XR10 and couldn’t be happier! Def recommend these guys.

Horrible company to buy or even buy anything from. I bought an open-box projector; at checkout, they didn't provide any information that it couldn't be returned. The product quality wasn't worth it, so I wanted to return it, but they wouldn't let me. This is due to their policy, which isn't presented to you at checkout. To me, this is a scam because if I bought an open-box item from Amazon, Best Buy, or Costco, they let you return it if you don't want it. I wouldn't buy from them ever again.

Hi Daboul, thank you for taking the time to share this, and I’m sorry the experience left you frustrated. We weren’t able to find an order under your name, so we’d really like to hear from you directly and understand what happened. Our return, shipping and terms policies are linked in the footer of every page on our site and at checkout. Regardless, our goal is for every customer to walk away happy with their purchase. Please call us at (201) 353-0303 or email [email protected] with your order number. We’ll look into it personally and work with you on the best way to make this right. - Brian

The screen was certainly expensive but good quality, had nothing to compare to. Our main challenge was the screen, directions were decent but extremely hard to assemble and hang on the wall properly!! We probably needed a professional installer!
