I mailed them my phone. They acknowledged receiving it and I then did not hear from them. After posting this review, they responded.

I purchased iPhone 8 with 256GB storage but when it got here it was only 64GB. Returning it today.

Product is in great condition, I would not say the best things about the packaging they sent it in as it looked like it’s was curb stomped and then taped up and sent out

Thank you for the review. We reuse all packaging to cut back on waste. While some boxes may look poor on the outside, we package everything up safely to make sure the phone arrives safely and in the description as sold. We would appreciate you reconsidering us to a 5 star as the phone was delivered on time, in great condition, and we saved a box by upcycling materials we get to help prevent anymore waste than necessary.

The iPhone X I purchased was everything that the add asked for, however, the execution of the delivery was sub par. When I received the box, I was a little shocked at the condition of the packaging: excessive amount of tape (seemed to be over compensating for something?), damaged cardboard, and i could hear something rattling in the box. Upon opening the packaged, I found the iphone sitting in the bottom of the box, with the bubble wrap doing nothing, and the bubble wrap sleeve that the phone was supposed to be in, was opened, as if someone had already opened my package, and failed to return it to the original condition. Needless to say, I was concerned that someone had opened my package, and that the phone was damaged due to the improper repackaging. Not something I should've been concerned with. The phone works great, and condition same as advertised. Pretty disappointed in the condition of the packaging- whether someone opened it or not- pretty unacceptable if you ask me.

Arrived earlier than expected. Battery life is extremely poor. I understand it is a used phone but I have to charge it multiple times per day.

The sound while using the phone is not loud enough and I have to use the speakerphone
