Edit: So support has been emailing me a lot now that I’ve posted this. I guess I should just clarify that I miss receiving the text messages. Especially because I’ve now went back to review them and see one of the first texts they sent stated they send 3-4 messages a month. I received messages for a couple months about upcoming orders but not for July. I received a July package when I really would’ve wanted to pause/delay/skip since I was out of the country for July & August. I have since logged in online and adjusted my next order date to as far in the future as they’ll allow. I plan to continue doing this until I’m ready to receive another in which case I’ll log back in and schedule a sooner date to avoid having an extra order lying around my pantry in unopened boxes like I do right now. Still love the brand and personalizing the powder is super easy. It’s nice to know - and be able to change - the ingredients instead of searching though hundreds of other brands trying to figure out - or guess - what you want. Love the brand and everything they’re about. Just wish they’d let you know when your next order is about to be prepared. After the first order I got messages/emails to notify the next order was coming up and it gave me the opportunity to delay. Soon after I never received that kind of communication again and I considered canceling after I got an order without notification and still had one barely opened. I understand you can pick how often it ships but some months are different than others - especially when traveling - and deciding to notify me via text in the beginning misled me to believe I’d always get those kinds of messages. I thought it’d be an easy subscription since they help you remember but they sent one without a message reminder - now I have an unopened and paid for box still chilling in the pantry since I still haven’t had the chance to catch up with what I already had.

This is seriously the most delicious protein powder on the market. No sugar, no carbs- I can stick to my diet regime and replace a meal with a Gainful Protein Shake! I couldn't be happier, and seriously this is my favorite meal of the day now. I think everyone should get on the Gainful bandwagon, you won't regret it!
