DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUT FroM THIS SITE! I ordered $100 worth of gold for Vindictus and never received my order. I ordered in November, and would continually contact "moon" in the online support. Whenever I asked about my order, the only response I EVER got was "I am working on your order". When ever I mentioned that I wanted a refund, they wouldn't answer. At the end of December I even tryied to contact Paypal about getting a refund, but they wouldnt refund me. They're response was: Unfortunately, we are denying your claim because your purchase was for a virtual, digital, or intangible item, which is not covered under PayPal Purchase Protection. We only cover claims involving physical items that can be shipped and tracked. Don't EVER buy form this site. I will never get that $100 back.

As a first time buyer i really thought that it was a scam! but in the end i was proven wrong! ausome customer support..gold arrived 20 mins after i ve had contact with them! definitely will choose this site t o buy again if i am going to!!
