The customer service was always available when I needed them. All the questions I had were answered, and I do plan to come back to gamermodz if I ever want to buy another custom controller

The website is nice, creating my own controller was cool, so many choices to choose from but that's where it ends, it took 2 weeks past the dispatch time before it was dispatched, when I received it I was not that amazed, one of the triggers has a slight deformation Mark and the start button and menu button wasn't green as I had chosen when creating, and lastly the quality of the finished controller was poor.

This is an amazing controller I would suggest anyone that wants to make there game better get these great products and customer service is amazing also.

Best money I have spent on my xbone. The parts are top notch, the finish looks and feels great. I got the juggernaut mod and all the mods work perfectly. When you add in that gamermodz.com is by far the cheapest controller mod company out. you just can't beat it. I will be using their services for all my future modded controllers.

not much to complain about because this is my very first modded controller.the only thing i wish,was the akimbo mod being able to function with one trigger instead of two.other than that everything else was right on.i really like the digital camo finish on the body of my controller.very nice,job well done.no sticky buttons which is a big plus in book.other than akimbo mod,i'm enjoying using this controller for my cod series games.

Purchasing was easy not much of a selection but needed new sticks unfortunately one of the sticks cracked at the rim. When selection is better I will order again may try X1 sticks tho

It took alittle while to get the controller but once I got it the mods were amazing. Everything worked perfectly I could not be more happy.

Took a little longer than expected to ship out, but once it arrived, the controller exceeded his expectations!
