This is my first intership so my experience is very very good

GAOtek provided practical experience in lead generation and research, which helped build my skills. However, limited tool access and inconsistent communication made the internship challenging at times.

Although the internship was unpaid, it provided valuable experience; however, many interns faced challenges during future recruitments due to its unpaid status.

As an HR Intern, I was not exposed to the things that I am expected to be exposed to. All I did is recruiting. I would have preferred if I am exposed to other activities of Human Resources

It was poor i wont recommend anyone to join it

Interning at GAO Tek was a good remote learning experience. I gained hands-on skills in a global setup, improved my communication, and learned to manage tasks independently. The flexible hours were a big plus! While the internship is unpaid and self-guided, it's a solid start for anyone looking to build experience remotely.

Working with GAO Tek helped me learn candidate sourcing and onboarding assistance. It was helpful for developing new skills. However, clearer boundaries around intern expectations would enhance the experience.
