I finally gave this company a shot and very happy I did. product arrived fresh and stayed fresh and I was able to eat all of my cups. the soup Italian sausage and the steak kabob where my favorite I also like the green apple. Personally, I am not gonna order this every week. I enjoy eating salad, but not every day not every week. I will continue to give this company a try. I am very happy and my lunch money is showing and I’ll be using it shortly, this review was made by happy customer Robert Saull. Royal Oak, Michigan.

Thank you Robert! We appreciate you giving us a try, and we’re happy to hear everything arrived fresh and that you enjoyed the Italian sausage soup and Steak Kabob (great picks! 🙌). We love that you’re using Lunch Money... it’s our little way of saying thanks for being part of the Gardencup community. Flexibility is key, and you can always skip, pause, or switch things up anytime with us when it comes to ordering. We can’t wait to keep serving you! 💚

You must choose at least six items per week and you have to order a week in advance, other meal delivery services allow orders within three days of delivery. Gardencup serving sizes are generous, more than I could eat for one meal. That said, ratio of dressing to salad was much to small, I had to use my own salad dressing to have enough. Croutons are small and have no flavor, again I used my own. The chia cups and fresh fruit cups were good. Overall not enough variety of any of the items to fulfill a weekly order, I don't necessarily want to eat the same salads every week. Due to their shipping schedule, salads are already 3-4 days old before you get them, so they're not really fresh. You literally have to eat one every day because they start to spoil a day or two after receiving them.

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the portion sizes as well as the chia cups and fresh fruit cups. Your feedback around dressing ratios, crouton flavor, and menu variety is helpful, and we’re actively sharing this with our culinary team as we continue refining our recipes and offerings. We also understand your concerns around ordering flexibility and shipping timelines. Because we prepare meals fresh in small batches and ship on a set weekly schedule, orders do need to be placed in advance, but we know flexibility is important, and this is something we’re continually changing as we grow. Freshness is a top priority for us and you are always covered by our Fresh Guarantee. Our cups are only in transit a few days before they arrive to you and they are prepped and packed all in the same day they are sent out. They are also made to last 5-6 days after delivery! We truly appreciate you giving Gardencup a try. If you’d like to share more details or give us another chance, our team is always happy to help at [email protected].

When i ordered my Gardencup, i was excited to try new types of salads with an on the go convenience. What i found was out of the 6 salads that i chose, the burger salad tasted like a cold ground up big mac and the dill relish was gross. The Mediterranean salad that i ordered was mostly oil in the dressing. When contacted them, they didn’t care about anything but making sure they got their money immediately.

Your feedback has been shared with our culinary team so we can continue improving! We’re also sorry if our customer service felt rushed or transactional. Our intention is always to listen, help, and make things right, not just process payment. That experience doesn’t reflect our standards, and we truly regret that it came across that way. If you’re open to it, we’d appreciate the chance to follow up directly and see how we can make this right. You can reach us at [email protected], and our team would be happy to connect with you personally. Thank you again for your feedback, it helps us grow and do better.

This is my second time ordering from them. The first time my salads were wilted. 100 bucks for wilted bad lettuce was not good I reached out to customer service no response. I thought I’d try one more time and boy was I wrong. Second delivery same lettuce wilted already. Quality horrible. Will never order again.

Hi there, we’re truly sorry to hear this was your experience! Receiving wilted greens is frustrating so we always have you covered by our Fresh Guarantee if your package arrives delayed or wilted on the off chance.. We’re also very sorry to hear you didn’t get a response previously, that’s not the level of service we aim to provide. If you’re open to it, we’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into what went wrong and make this right. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your order details so our team can review and follow up personally. We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback!

Excellent quality of the steak used in the salads. Never any fat or gristle. Would prefer additional colorful vegetables added instead of the cherry tomatoes, but the salads are always tasty and stay fresh all week. The dressings with avocado oil are always clean tasting and yummy.
