I ordered a rubber ground cover mat. They indicated it was on back order and gave me an anticipated shipping date. It arrived as scheduled.

Great products, great company! I have ordered several times from Gardener's Supply Company, and each time the products have arrived as described in a timely fashion. The window box liners are among the sturdiest I have seen, and really do seem to keep my plants happier for longer.

I never received this order! What happened?

Although the two packets of seeds and single small bulb of garlic did finally arrive the shipping situation was abysmal. UPS does not come out to my neighborhood much. Small single packages are brought to my post office not my house. Did you know that when you shipped it UPS? I live 3 miles from my own mailbox and it takes me 30 minutes to drive to my own post office. The box used for shipping was far too large for the 3 items. It would have been fine in a good old USPS padded envelope. Shipping USPS would also have saved me from having to drive to my own post office during a pandemic. I am not at all angry and hope an honest response will be appreciated. NLK

I ordered trellises in may and they were back ordered. I called the company,I learned they came from India. Gardeners Supply has been very transparent about the problem and I appreciate that, their service people on the phone are very kind and informed. There may have been hick ups in my order but I like working with this company. The Virus in our country make things difficult for companies.

Arrived as advertised. All of my purchases through this company have been excellent. I will keep coming back

Keeping muddy paws off my wood floors. I will be ordering another one.
