Bought some Mowalola 14s in my size surprising they had in stock. Very happy 10/10.

First time customer. Bought a pair of shoes on sale that I was very excited about! When they arrived, they were far too small, even though I ordered my usual shoe size and I also measured my feet to check against their size chart. I guess I didn't find the "eligibility for return" to pay extra for on the checkout page (or it wasn't there?). I was honest and asked for a refund/exchange/credit, but was immediately denied any type of customer service other than: "We are so, so sorry about any inconvenience this poses." Well, duh! Why on earth would someone gamble on purchasing a pair of shoes online that cost $150 on sale unless they wanted to nail them to their wall as installation art? I have purchased many pairs of shoes from online sellers and have never encountered anything like this. This may be the absolute worst business model on record with ZERO customer retention goals. At my request, they seemed only too happy to delete the account I signed up for. No offer of any incentive to stay. I'd steer clear of this business unless you absolutely know the brand you are purchasing and how their merchandise fits.

Stephanie fterniatis I purchased Nili lotan cobain shorts and they didn’t come on time so they were returned! Still to this day I haven’t receive any refund and they have received the goods and sold them to another customer with out refunding me USD 245.00…. How unethical is that for a company…. Very poor customer service experience Never to purchase again …. Just a reminder to all customers be careful….

Unique products and fast delivery

This was a very pleasant shopping experience. I like the online interaction, I really like supporting independent sellers, I like the return policy, shipping was super fast, everything was very easy.

sold me a jacket for which i was super excited on a good sale. took my cash. a couple days later canceled due to inventory error on their end. bummer. annoyed that i heard about it from my credit card before them. annoyed that i got a generic pawn off email from them. annoyed even more that they offered to help find me other stuff-- not the time for the presumptive sale... and it's a bad presumption, since i'm super unlikely to shop there again at this point

this was technically my 2nd order. the first did not fit well - and the return process was quick and painless. i loved everything from this 2nd order and am excited to support this small business and others with future orders.
