I was skeptical about trying Gasbye but was surprised when I received their 75 max/pint per day dehumidifier with pump. It is quiet and efficient. It seems smaller compared to competitors, and was easy to set up with simple instructions.

This is actually my second purchase of a Gasbye Dehumidifier. My first purchase failed after a couple of months (hence the 4 star rating). My subsequent experience with Gasbye due to that failure and interaction with their excellent customer service department caused me to purchase another of their products! (shout out to "Amy"! Great customer support, friendly, competent, and efficient!)

When a company says they stand behind their products, you hope it’s true — but you don’t always know until you need them. I can personally confirm that Gatsby truly honors their commitment. They didn’t hesitate, didn’t make excuses, and handled the situation professionally and efficiently. It’s refreshing to see a company back up their claims with real action. Because of this experience, I would confidently recommend Gatsby to anyone looking for a reliable dehumidifier and a company that genuinely supports its customers. Well done!
