I would recommend streamlining the exchange process, it’s 2024.

Thanks for your feedback. Given that we hand make our products for you, the process does take a little longer than a simple swap of products, as we had to make a new pair of leggings for you. I see that you had an exchange of size. We're hoping the new size is a perfect fit, and you are loving your new gear.

I ordered a wrong size pair of leggings and was able to return in exchange for the correct size! Good customer service!
