Misleading listing, cancel order immediately within 10 minutes as per the site's instructions. And days later they responded that they can't cancel items that have shipped. Totally unethical company.

Total Scam! ZERO STARS. They have many on-line stores with many different names but all lead to Geardate.com. They even put fake return addresses on the packages - IF you get anything at all. Any physical address for them in the U.S. is likely a gas station, or bus stop.

Zero stars are deserved! These guys go by tons of different names. Why aren't they shut down? They are completely scammers. What they are doing should be illegal. Maybe it is. I paid full price plus shipping for a damaged item that I can't use. So, basically they take your money and send you crap that you can't use. I have tried emailing, but I get auto responses that dont make sense to the problem at hand. Horrible people! How do they get away with stealing from people. Somehow they need to be turned in. This shouldn't be able to happen!

July 6, I ordered from this company that used the name coolpea, but was actually Geardate,I ordered shoe covers and a shoe cover machine for Covid 19 through Paypal. I received the covers after complaining, but no machine. This company used the tracking number for the covers and told Paypal that they sent the machine also.Below is the contact identification that they use with Paypal....Geardate Support

This should be a Negative Five not a Single Star. I guess that I have been duped. Everything about Geardate is a SCAM!! From the Order Tracking to their Contact Us portal. There are so many reputable companies on the Web, it's just not this one. I only wish I had researched them an found this site prior to ordering. I hate government involvement in business but certainly someone should do something about this one. At least the reviews that say that got Geardate to offer them a five dollar refund. I can't even get them to respond. I only wish I were somewhere close to them. These are apparently bad people and should be stopped in their tracks.

I ordered a doggie bed 8 weeks ago. I wish I knew it was coming from China. These people are POS. It didn't take them long to take my money. I asked for a refund, but didn't get one. Never again...they are horrible.

It has been 4 weeks since I placed this order and it has not arrived and Gear date cannot provide any information. I have asked them to cancel and refund my money.I should have read all these reviews before.

I received my order after a month... I thought i was getting a ps4 and a controller but i ended up with 2 controllers... I wish i could add a copy of my receipt and a picture of what I received....
