I ordered a custom phone case after viewing them on Face Book. I thought this product was made in the U.S.A I tracked the delivery was surprised about it being made offshore. After a lengthy delivery time I finally received the case. I am amazed at the quality of the print on the rubber and it looks amazing. Thank you. Jim Best

The old adage that nobody's perfect comes from my experience in life which reflects the 4 Stars given; however, near perfection is the closet one can get when consistency, professionalism and customer satisfaction is a company's aim...you can't ask for more than that....and this company strives and accomplishes that goal with me. I dont understand why the sizes vary in the same size shirt without an explanation verifying there is a differance!

Ordered and received a custom white ball cap (US Coast Guard) and Lisa from customer service was very timely, friendly & responsive in handling an error with the order. The custom hat, by the way, was great!

They sent ornaments with the name spelled backwards one side. They said it was by design. They refunded my money. Thank you.

Let me just say it is very easy to communicate with there customers care . They have been on point to make things right. They have gone above and beyond to offer me extra for my time loss . I am now a forever customer. So bottom line is mistakes happen give them a chance you won’t be disappointed.

Mistakes were made and I got the wrong size shirt but Gearvet came to the rescue and offered to send me the right size at no extra cost to me….. Need I say more “Great People”
