I am really happy with their service. They are efficient and trustworthy.

I ordered a service on Tuesday, which needs to be done by Friday noon. However, up to 10:45 pm on Thursday, they are still looking for a "geek" for a few DAYS without any specific update from the account manager (they claimed they could find a geek from 15 mins to a few hours). I reached out to the account manager and asked if they can complete the service on time. What I got back from him/her is simply saying, "we will try our best." And after I completed the payment, there were multiple "add-on" services such as getting a VIP account manager, assigning some top geek, etc. The account manager I got was careless about their clients and worked as an AI machine. No updates and feedback I got from him/her are just "noted," "we will notify you until then." I gave the same assignment with the same instruction to Nerdify, which I had a better experience with.

COMPLETELY at a loss for words COMPLETELY at a loss for words. Two days late. Paid for top of the line everything. NEVER AGREE TO AN EXTENSION. Apparently this means even though they are late by two full days you give them acceptance to not give you any sort of refund. I just paid 185 for all of the perks and got none. Two days late. And a headache of excuses of why my refund does not apply because I was being kind in saying yes I guess so since I paid over 150 dollars I might as well get the paper. What a scam. Will never do again.

I was really impressed by the quality of my task! I gave my geek the instructions and he/she delivered as promised! My task was prioritized and received my money’s worth. I will definitely be using this service for future papers! I am extremely satisfied! I will be recommending this service to others that need assistance with papers!

They submitted their work far ahead of the due date, and the work was outstanding!
