In the parlance of the streets, Chris is da MAN!! I am more than pleased with his expertise as well as his product knowledge. He is always quick to respond to my texts and emails and is VERY patient with me given that my level of understanding how computers work is minimal, at best. In my humble opinion, Chris deserves a raise!

I know my way around a computer, and have an average knowledge base on what I need to do. My computer has been having consistently inconsistent issues with running OBS and Zoom at the same time. Try as I might no one in my company could give me any hints or advice as to why the issue was happening. Through a little bit of research I was able to sign up with Geek Support and set up a meeting with Christopher Ginnetti. He was extremely friendly, professional and went above and beyond, not only giving my devices a thorough diagnostic search. But giving me options to make me feel comfortable going forward. He set me up and let me know what things I could do to get the most out of my machines and showed me where they are lacking. Provided resources for me to address all my issues and the problems I was having don't seem to be presenting anymore. Pleasure working with Chris, I'm happy to have this as a resource and have competent techs to address any and all issues. Impressed with the service, happy to be a client!!

My IT guy, Christopher Ginnetti, is a pleasure to work with. Christopher is a very knowledgeable professional ,courteous ,and patient. I had, in my opinion, a very complex situation when I contacted Christopher and he systemattically broke that problem down and corrected it. I am in total awe at how well my system is working.I am very pleased with my experience with the Geek Support Squad overall and would highly recommend them to anyone.
