Dont use bad quality and no refund

By far the worst experience I have ever had with any online service I bought in my entire life. I subcribed mainly for playing CoD modern warfare II and but it never worked. I have been in touch with their customer service and their only solution was to change server location (which i did like 5 times in both app and in browser). I canceled my subscription after 4 days and will never come back.

Geforcenow multiple times did not save my progress, making me lose hours of progress in my games with no way of getting it back. i cannot believe how people would pay for longer play times with this major issue. it was a gamble each time i booted up a game if i could continue playing later on or had to restart

Absoluter Unsinn, allein schon die Registrierung. Ich gehe seitens von NVIDIA tatsächlich aus, das es nur um Geld geht und der Service im Portfolio nicht vernünftig aufgesetzt wurde.

Il cloud gaming dovrebbe essere il futuro, ma oggi è solo una perdita di tempo. GeForce NOW ti tratta come un sospettato, bloccando l'accesso e pretendendo numeri di telefono manco dovessi entrare nei server della NASA, non lo consiglio prendetevi un pc da gaming sennò vi arrabbierete!!! CAPITO!!

Ich bin wirklich ebenfalls sehr enttäuscht. Gleiches Spiel wie bei den anderen. Ich habe mir Anno bei Ubisoft gekauft, musste dann ein neues GeForce Abo abschließen um Anno spielen zu können, habe bei der Zahlung dann Sepa-Lastschrift ausgewählt und kann nun gar nichts spielen, da es mehrere Tage dauert.. Auf die Bitte des Wiederrufs hieß es nur, ich solle mich an die Bank wenden, sie können da nichts machen, ich könne jedoch ein neues Abo abschließen und eine andere Zahlmethode wählen. ich schließe nach so einer Erfahrung ganz sicher kein weiteres Abo bei GeForce ab..

Dear GeForce NOW team, I am very disappointed with the current state of the free tier. First of all, the 1-hour session limit completely ruins the gameplay; it breaks immersion and forces players to constantly wait in queues. Secondly, the constant restrictions and "premium-only" barriers make the free experience feel extremely limited. Furthermore, the CPU performance is outdated; 4 virtual cores are no longer sufficient, causing interruptions and stuttering even in newer games running on low settings. Older titles run well, which demonstrates that the free tier's hardware is in desperate need of an upgrade for modern gaming. Please reconsider these restrictions, remove unnecessary paywalls, and upgrade the CPU specifications. Sincerely, Kion
