Lori was very easy to talk to, and was very knowledgeable.

The therapist I spoke to was nice but the app and videos themselves are kinda lacking and very boring.

Lori has consistently been with us from the start of our Gemiini journey. She has been incredible in helping me navigate the portal, as well as finding task-specific videos to help my son. I am genuinely pleased with both the customer service and platform, overall. My autistic son is enrolled in a combination of therapies, but I truly believe this has contributed to his overall speech improvement. 10/10.
