Thank you for your kind words Linda and for appreciating our prices. We are glad to hear you are pleased with your shopping experience so far. I apologize, but I was unable to find a pending order for a ring and bracelet. I tried to reach you by phone to get more information and assist with finding your order. A voicemail was left requesting that you call customer service at your earliest convenience at 1-888-391-9048, Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, and ask for Trish. Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
