Before I start I love this water bowl fountain. Both my dogs finally drink from it. However, If your looking for fast service on shipping it's not going to happen because it comes from China. Also they sent me the wrong filters which I can't use. I've sent numerous emails and still have not heard back. I have asked for RMA to ship these filters back and for them to send me the proper size for the 7l wireless water bowl. Not a peep...crickets! Customer service is not there, they got my money and don't care. Not good for a company to ignore clients.

My dog loves the fountain. It took him a day or two to understand why this contraception that mom put where his water bowl used to be kept turning on when he walked by. But now its like a reminder and hes always drinking fresh water. Living in AZ making sure he's drinking fresh water and staying hydrated is so important and now I know he is.

Thank you so much, Tracie! We’re so glad to hear your pup figured out his new Selene fountain after a day or two and is now enjoying fresh water throughout the day! 🐶❤️ We love that the sensor has become a little reminder for him to stop by for a drink. And with those Arizona days, it’s wonderful to hear that the fountain is helping make keeping fresh water available so much easier! Thank you for choosing Selene and for sharing your experience with us! -The Selene Team

We are traveling & having this wireless dog fountain makes it easier to travel. We don't have to worry about filling his dog dish. It is easy to clean & maintain. My big service dog drinks a lot. He lives the flow of water.

This company simply does not follow up on customer service Inquiries. The ads say they are sending dental and matt for the bowl to sit on. They would not answer my emails, nor send these two Items that were advertised & sold with the product. Poor communications and non delivery of product advertised
Response from Get Selene· Sep 13, 2026
Hi Sherry, we understand your concern about the Dental Boost and mat mentioned with your order. In some cases, these items may ship separately from the fountain, so we’d be happy to look into the status of those items for you. Please email us at [email protected] with your order details and reference this Trustpilot review. We’ll prioritize your case and have our team review the order to make sure everything that was included is properly accounted for. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Sherry.
