Got signed up for the fuel card to give it a try when I first started but it wasn’t working for me so I cancelled it. Then when I tried to sign up for factoring without another company they said I was locked in with Fleetsmarts already which I never agreed to. It has been three years now. For the last two and a half years I have been trying to get a letter of release from them. I have not used them for a year and a half but still can’t get a letter of release even after jumping through all the hoops they put up. This sucks because I no longer use factoring at all but the brokers keep sending my payment to Fleetsmarts and I then have to call them and get the payment sent to me. Every time I call to see what the status is on my letter I get the run around. Would not recommend them to anyone! Very unprofessional…

This is a terrible company; I do not recommend dealing with them at all. They are scammers who steal money from your account without your permission or knowledge. All drivers should stay away from this company and file complaints against them in the state of Utah so they get shut down. They operate like a gang, stealing your money behind your back. company stilling the money at your account with out

This motherf all the knotits about controlling you and put your company to ground, discount that driver get in this period season what they do is to 75% of you discount each time you fuel up mean if the broker is also rated C what the do is to increase you factoring rate .50% while all factors do the shit they do to companies. If you knew don’t tie your self with this people the carton to the bottom all of them

They do not communicate with you. I have been trying to talk with my account manager for months and he has not returned any of my phone calls or emails. I want out of the contract with them and they’re not addressing it. I even went to the Better Business Bureau and they lied to them and told them that they addressed the issue which they did not. I’m thinking about getting myself a lawyer so that we can just breach the contract and I pay for whatever it is to get out of the contract. I do not like them, and I suggest other carriers do not go with them.

Stay away from this company they play games and will not do what you ask of them. They don't answer emails,they don't help you, and everything is a penalty. They will not write me a letter of release and I have been ask for 3 weeks now.

First of all, I am absolutely positive that all of the five star reviews for this company are from bots or from Fleetsmarts Bluewater capital company themselves. They locked our company into a contract without any signature which forced us to have to opt out of our factoring contract with our previous provider. They are predatory and will not hold true to any of their contractual requirements. The entire customer service is outsourced to the Middle East, which creates the perfect recipe to be sent in a circle anytime you need assistance or clarification on why they have created mysterious fees or increased your factoring percentage. Originally we were supposed to receive a 2% factoring fee after we were forced into a contract with them. Needless to say that percentage has changed multiple times currently we are being charged 10.5% on all loads with no explanation every time we call customer service they say that they are attempting to get a manager on the phone and they are never successful which leads me to believe that the managers don’t even exist. Run from this company as fast as you can they will take as much money out of your company as they possibly can and tell you that they are sorry in a Middle Eastern accent. This company has caused a great deal of stress and financial misfortune and there doesn’t seem to be any way to get out. Our only hope is that after the two-year contract is up that they won’t try to hold us hostage longer, but I doubt they will let us go without more scamming. This is a SCAM COMPANY. RUN!!
