Last year I purchased an Airmoto "Smart Air Pump" Model BP198, but today is the first time I tried using it. When I could not get the air hose to release, I called the customer service number and spoke to "Lara." She was courteous, kind, and quite helpful. Per her request, I sent a recorded video, demonstrating the problem with my unit. Lara responded promptly to my email, notifying me that a replacement unit will be shipped to me at no charge. I am very pleased with the customer service that I received from Airmoto, specifically from their rep, Lara, and I would highly recommend this company to all. Thank you!

I have 2 Airmotos, just under 2 years old, and 1 stopped inflating. I contacted customer service this morning and received a response within minutes! The response had great suggestions to try, but unfortunately the reset did not fix the issue. After some quick back and forth emails with pics and a video, they came back and had decided to send me a free replacement! I was not expecting that and certainly thought this could take days or weeks to ultimately get back to me just buying a new one. Getting this as the resolution all within a couple hours is AMAZING! Great customer service! Thank you!

Great versatile unit. Very easy to use. When I had problems they sent clear easy instructions on how to do a reset.
