Finally got it right. Lots of navigating on site. I'll be more vigilant nxt time when ordering.

So i got the Overnight Firming Oil, I've been using it at the pm, and i must say I'm impressed, skin feels and looks smoother (a solid 2 weeks usage now ) 1 pump is more than sufficient for neck and decollete warm in the hands and massage in with upwards movements, I really like it and highly recommend to anyone with a feeling that their skin is starting to lose firmness. Big 5 star from me

I had a problem with 2 jars of firming cream, both jars had not been sealed properly, so there for, when I opened one box it had leaked out into the box, which was a right mess, so I checked the 2nd one and that was the same, so having got in touch with cellu and sending photos too, have been really good in responding, with a lot of emails, and are happy to replace the cream, so thankyou. 03

Request to cancel order and subscription dealt with the same day. Not the smoothest of process but issue dealt with to a satisfactory result.

Other than false info on the delivery, it was very good. Company responded quickly to inform on the situation
