Very quick response to a query I had!

The product seems great, only just started using it. It took a bit of time to get to me and the courier had the wrong phone number. But all worked out in the end.

I really like this product and after 2 weeks I can see an improvement in the firmness of my skin. The oil absorbs very quickly and does not leave a greasy residue. The only downside for me is a bit too much scent. I know this is a super personal thing so it may not be an issue for others. I am still going to use the product, just wish it was a bit more scent neutral.

If l could give them a zero I would give them a zero. They are a bunch of thieves I ordered the oil then they went into my account without me authorising and took out £42.99 trying to get my money back. They refuse to give my money back. I did not subscribe. All I did is order the oil ones once you order the oil they automatically send you the oil without you even subscribing do not buy this oil one it does not work they are scammers their liars and thieves. This is how they make their money by going into your account and stealing your money without authorisation.

I asked to cancel my membership and there was no hesitation on showing me how I can do that which was great!

I would like to say that everyone was very kind when I was frustrated and they were very understanding and willing to help me. Thank you for your kindness through my frustration.
